So to celebrate the end of our first month as full time employees, we decided to go out to our favourite local bar, and dinner. Two doors down the road, we saw a fox. A real live fox. But don't we live in the middle of London?
Well, yes. But this is the second fox I've seen. I liken it to seeing kangaroos in the middle of Belconnen.
Anyway, as I write this, we're wandering around Iceland. I scored an old, second hand blackberry, which makes me cheery.
Back on topic, Iceland is a big supermarket that is mainly focussed on frozen stuff. The range and price are both amazing - we have re-evaluated our an to buy a freezer, so we're off to argos to review our options.
Argos is sort of equivalent to bigw - it sells all sorts of household items. The difference comes in the way it works. The stores don't actually have the items to walk around and touch and see. You go through a catalog, decide what you want, and take the numbers to the cashier. From there, you can wait to collect from the warehouse out the back, or get it delivered. For 8.95. *ny number of items, any size. 3 couches, that'll be 8.95 thanks.
ARgos is cool.
