Toulouse, weather and foosball

Had a nice sleep in. Think we really needed it. Had a look out the window to realise that it must have rained and that it was pretty grey looking. Wasn’t raining at the time, though, and we have been very lucky with the weather, so no complaining. Out we went...

Very easy city to walk around. Not huge. Definitely no need to use the metro, but it’s there if you want it. Found some cute, little pedestrian/bike only streets with some funky shops. Grabbed some croissants and delicious olive bread to eat on the way.

Saw some of the main landmarks, a basilica, some fountains. Made our way over the river. Definitely not the prettiest river we’ve seen. Walked around the old town a bit more and decided that the reason Toulouse is considered beautiful must be because of the buildings and colourful streets, rather than the river. Would probably all be nicer on a better day.

Back at the apartment building, in the lounge... playing foosball, while waiting impatiently for a video to upload.
